How do I sell on Noxvai?
Sign up for free and go to Sell to publish your AI product. After review (24-48 hours) it will be visible in the marketplace.
How do payments work?
We use Stripe for secure payments. Your payment data is never stored by Noxvai. Creators receive payments via bank transfer (IBAN) or PayPal.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. Contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@noxvai.com with your order number and explain the issue.
How long does it take to approve a product?
Usually within 24-48 hours of publishing. You will receive a notification when your product is approved or if there are any issues.
