2. Platform Description

Noxvai is a marketplace where creators can sell AI models, prompt packs, and tools. Noxvai acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the content sold by creators.

3. Seller Responsibilities

  • You must own or have the rights to sell any product you list.
  • You may not sell products that violate third-party intellectual property rights.
  • You may not sell illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
  • You must accurately describe your product and its capabilities.
  • Noxvai reserves the right to remove any product without notice.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased products.
  • Your license type (personal or commercial) is specified at purchase.
  • Violation of license terms may result in account suspension.

5. Licenses

Personal use: The product may only be used for personal, non-commercial projects.

Commercial use: The product may be used in commercial projects. Resale of the original file is prohibited.

Exclusive: Full rights transfer to the buyer. The seller may no longer sell the product to others.

6. Payments and Commissions

Payments are processed via Stripe. Noxvai takes a commission on each sale. Prices are in USD. Refunds are available within 7 days if the product is not as described.

7. Prohibited Content

  • Content that infringes on copyright or intellectual property.
  • Malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Content that promotes illegal activities.
  • Undisclosed NSFW or adult content.
  • Spam or duplicate listings.

8. Account Termination

Noxvai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Noxvai is not liable for any damages arising from the use of products purchased on the platform. All purchases are made at the buyer's own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
